Standard Sessions focus on building strength, flexibility and a calmer mind. Everyone is welcome, no matter your age or ability. All classes have assistance available for your ability, whether that be a chair, block or strap to help you on your Yoga Journey.
Online Sessions are held on zoom, Julie guides you through a Yin Yoga (Sleep Practice) and Extended Relaxation Session which sets you up for a deep restful sleep.
Specialised Workshops are available multiple times per year, which focus on a deeper practice than the usual session and can last up to 2 hours.
Julie's home studio 1-2-1 sessions are designed to enhance flexibility, build strength, and create a balanced mind-body connection tailored to your unique pace and ability.
Julie's home studio Reiki sessions harnesses gentle energy healing techniques to restore balance and foster deep relaxation in a tranquil environment. Designed as a healing process for various long-term conditions both physically and mentally—including Multiple Sclerosis, Anxiety, ADHD, and many more—this session realigns your energy pathways to promote holistic well-being.
